Jaime Infante
Nominated for Best Spanish Authored Work at the 43rd Comic Barcelona Awards

Jaime Infante (Madrid, 1989).

He has a degree in Audiovisual Communication and a Masters in Critical Theory of Culture.
He worked for years as an illustrator of medical and nursing manuals. He has done academic research on comics, including articles for Sequart.

As a cartoonist he has published 1585: Empel (Cascaborra, 2020) and Progenie (Sallybooks, 2021), both written by Javier Marquina; El puritano (The Puritan - Karras, 2022), written by El Torres. He drew the first issue of Durruti: Shadow of the People (Autonomous Collective, 2022), written by Brenton Lengen.

After a break in his cartooning career, in 2024 he published Dum Dum (Autsaider, 2024), again with Javier Marquina. He is currently working on a series for the American publisher Mad Cave: Honor and Curse, written by Mark London and edited by Mike Marts.
