Candela Sierra (Ronda, 1990) has a degree in Fine Arts from the University of Granada and a Master's degree in Master's degree in Comics in Angoulême (France).

She had a residency at the Maison des Auteurs in the same city, as well as at the Antonio Gala Foundation for Young Creators in in Cordoba.

She is the author of Rotunda (Andana Gráfica, 2023), a project that won the Valencia Graphic Novel Prize, and Lo sabes aunque no te lo he dicho (You Know it Although I Didn't Tell You - Astiberri, 2024), which received the Injuve creation grant.

She is currently an intern in the Film Academy's Residencies program, teaches at the Minúscula School of Illustration in Madrid, and continues to draw.
