Raquel Córcoles is a journalist and author of the comic strip Moderna de pueblo (Modern Town Girl), and her cartoons are followed by nearly 2 million people (or rather, women).

Together with Carlos Carrero, she has published two of the country's best selling comic books, Idiotizadas (Idiotized - 2017) and Coñodramas (Pussydramas - 2020). Her work is characterized by the humorous defense of women's issues and the visibility of gender inequalities.

She has just published a review of one of her first comics, "Los Capullos No Regalan Flores" (Assholes Don't Give Flowers), in which she looks back on her work from a decade ago with today's eyes.
