Carmen Carnero is an Spanish comic book artist with over a decade of experience in the North American industry.

She began her career in 2013 after graduating in Fine Arts and has worked with publishers such as Dark Horse (Dragon Age) and DC Comics (Detective Comics, Wonder Woman, Bombshells), although since 2018 she has worked exclusively for Marvel on such iconic series as Captain Marvel, X-Men Red, Miles Morales: Spider-Man and Captain America.

In 2019, she was accepted into Marvel's elite “Stormbreakers” artist program, solidifying her position as one of the publisher's great contemporary talents.

She is currently working on Exceptional X-Men, one of the three main series of the X-Men From The Ashes relaunch.
