César Sebastián (Valencia, 1988) is a cartoonist, illustrator and designer with a degree in Fine Arts from the Faculty of San Carlos de Valencia. He has worked as an illustrator and cartoonist in many editorial, press and advertising projects.

Since 2012 he has been the regular designer of the graphic line of the publishing house El Nadir, which recovers the work of some of the pioneers of the world comic. He was also a founding member of the collective Inefable Tebeos, with which he won the Injuve grant in 2014.

He is the author of Ronson, a graphic novel published in 2023 by the publishing house Autsaider Cómics, for which he has won the “Ojo Crítico” award or the Emerging Author Award of the ACDCómic among others.
