She is a comic author and illustrator. She has collaborated in El Jueves and is the author of the graphic novel Rompepistas (Dancefloor-Breakers - Ediciones La Cúpula, 2019), based on the novel of the same name by Kiko Amat. Her drawings of hard features, marked lines and raw humor of underground influence have appeared in magazines such as Setmanariladirecta, El setmanario, La Fura and El Víbora para supervivientes on the occasion of the 40th anniversary of the birth of El Víbora. She has published fanzines as well, such as Grano de Pus (Pus Pimple) with Aroha Travé and also edited with her through their label Puscomix, and Cómo hacer un cómic sin tener ni puta idea (How to draw a comic book without having a fucking clue), with script by Javier Marquina. Both works were nominated for the Best Fanzine Award of the 39 Comic Barcelona (2021). Rosa was also nominated for Best Newcomer Author. Her latest work, also published with Javier Marquina, is titled Cómo salvar la industria del cómic sin tener ni puta idea (How to save the comic book industry without having a fucking clue - ECC Ediciones, 2023).
