We will discuss the specific legal framework for audiovisual works; which differs greatly from the one for literary or graphic works, both in Europe and in the USA, as there are different intellectual property systems in both regions and the market works differently.

Through practical examples, we will learn how to reserve these rights and not give them away for free to publishers, and how to negotiate and really monetize the opportunity to see your comic on the big screen. You never know, but your comic may be worth more than you think.
